The LPSC Guest Sail event, “where sailors meet sailors”, is open to the public with and without boats to promote:
- the sport/hobby of sailing
- introduce potential members to our club
- and to provide sailing opportunities for our currently ‘boatless’ LPSC members
Non-Member BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat): If you have your own sail or power boat, come join us to see what you are missing.
If you don’t have a boat, LPSC host skippers are making room on their boats for “new” crew to experience sailing on Lake Pleasant. Space is limited and priority will be given to those who have not had the chance to sail with us before.
Tentative start time 11:00 am. This could change slightly based on wind conditions. All participants will meet at Pleasant Harbor Marina in front of Dillon's. LPSC members are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes early to help us greet our non-member guests.
After we assign non-boaters to boats, we will set out for a couple hours of sailing and then plan a raft up for some social time and a bit to eat. Bring a bag lunch for yourself and feel free to bring something to share at the raftup.
NOTE: Following the guest sail the "Lanterns at the Lake" event sponsored by Pleasant Harbor will begin at 4PM and run until 9:30. Information:

We cannot offer these events without members willing to participate as a host boat skipper. If you would like to help us by attending as a host boat skipper, please register as a host.
